Add 1 part The Curious Cabinet Strawberry Shrub Syrup to 5 parts soda water. Adjust to taste. Serve with ice and a sprig of mint.

STRAWBERRY FIELDS
30ml The Curious Cabinet Strawberry Shrub Syrup 60ml tequila or mezcal 10ml lime juice 4 mint leaves Shake with ice. Strain into coupe glass. Serve.
